Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
- water - 1 c
- vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 4 Tbsp
- dry mustard - 1/2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- ketchup - 1 c
- clove garlic - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- celery - 1/2 c
- horseradish - 1/2 Tbsp
- cooked chuck or brisket, shredded - 5 lb
How to make barbecue sandwiches:
Mix all ingredients except meat together. Simmer for 30 minutes. Pour over beef and serve on hamburger buns, etc. Tastes even better on second day.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, Sandwich.
