Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- cider vinegar - 2 c
- mixed spices - 1 tsp
- to 16 hard-boiled eggs - 12 item
How to make pickled eggs:
Add sugar, salt and spices to vinegar (dilute 1/3 with water if strong) and simmer about 8 minutes. Strain and pour over the peeled eggs arranged in a quart jar. Seal and let stand 2 days before using.Recipe categories: Egg, Lunch/snacks, Appetizers.
