  • salt
  • vinegar - 1 c
  • large onions, chopped - 4 item
  • ripe tomatoes, chopped - 3 qt
  • large sweet peppers, chopped - 2 item

Combine all ingredients and cook until thick. Put in sterilized jars and seal.
