Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 5 item
- 12 oz - 1 pt
- 2 oz - 1/2 c
- 4 oz - 1 c
- Pace picante sauce - 2/3 c
- slices crispy bacon, crumbled - 6 item
- green onion tops, sliced - 2 item
How to make picante potato pie:
Combine all but bacon. Mix well. Pour into lightly greased 9-inch pie pan. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes, until golden brown. Remove; sprinkle with bacon. Bake for 5 minutes. Serve with Picante sauce. Makes 4 to 6 servings.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Breakfast, Casseroles.
