- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- granulated sugar - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- water - 1 tsp
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- ginger - 1/2 tsp
- egg white - 1 item
- shelled pecans - 5 6
How to make spiced pecans:
Beat egg whites with water until foamy. Add nuts and stir well, until all are coated. Mix spices and salt with sugar; pour over sticky nuts, stirring until all are well coated. Spread on cookie sheet that has been sprayed with a cooking spray. Bake 1 hour in 225° oven, stirring every 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, Appetizers.
