Pepper steak
Ingredients/Components
- flour - 1 item
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
- soy sauce - 1 Tbsp
- medium onion - 1 item
- pepper to taste - 1 item
- salt to taste - 1 item
- can tomatoes - 1 oz
- egg noodles, cooked - 1 item
- green peppers - 2 item
- garlic - 1 tsp
- beef bouillon - 1 Tbsp
- round steak - 2 lb
How to make pepper steak:
Cut steak into bite-sized pieces. Coat with flour, seasoned with salt and pepper. Place meat in large pan with sliced green peppers, chopped onion and garlic.In a separate bowl, mix together tomatoes, bouillon, soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Add to mixture in the pan. Simmer on low heat for approximately 1 hour. Good served with egg noodles. Serves 4 to 6.
