Hamburger casserole
Ingredients/Components
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- ground beef
- shellroni large shells or 1/2 pkg - 1 pkg
- medium block Cheddar cheese - 1 item
How to make hamburger casserole:
Brown ground beef and drain fat. Add tomato sauce and simmer. Cook shells according to package directions. Drain. Chop 1 cup Cheddar cheese and add to shells.In medium size casserole dish, sprayed with Pam, pour shells with cheese. Add ground beef mixture. Slice cheese across top to cover.
Cover and place in preheated oven at 450°. Cook until sauce bubbles through cheese. Can be microwaved on High for 10 minutes. Serve with tossed salad and garlic bread.
