Ingredients/Components
- cloves garlic, minced - 2 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- olive oil - 2 Tbsp
- fresh tomatoes - 3 item
- onions, sliced - 2 item
- large green peppers - 2 item
- top round steak - 2 lb
- cumin, ground - 1/2 tsp
How to make pepper steak:
Cut round steak into long strips. Cut green peppers into strips. Cut tomatoes into quarters. Lightly brown the meat in oil; add peppers, onion, garlic, tomatoes and cumin, then salt and pepper to taste. Cover and cook for 20 minutes. Serve with rice.Recipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Beef.
