Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- salt - 1/3 tsp
- baking powder - 1/4 tsp
- dark brown sugar - 1 c
- whole wheat flour - 1/2 c
How to make pecan muffins:
Mix ingredients in bowl. Fill greased and floured muffin tins (Pam works fine) 2/3 full. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Makes 12 regular size muffins.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Muffins.
