Pecan muffins

Ingredients/Components

• vanilla - 1 tsp
• brown sugar - 1 c
• eggs, beaten - 2 item
• self-rising flour - 1/2 c
• pecans - 1/2 1
• margarine, melted - 1/3 c

How to make pecan muffins:

Combine beaten eggs and brown sugar. Mix well and add melted margarine. Then add flour, vanilla and pecans. Bake in cupcake size muffin tins for approximately 25 minutes at 350°.
