Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- brown sugar - 1 c
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- self-rising flour - 1/2 c
- pecans - 1/2 1
- margarine, melted - 1/3 c
How to make pecan muffins:
Combine beaten eggs and brown sugar. Mix well and add melted margarine. Then add flour, vanilla and pecans. Bake in cupcake size muffin tins for approximately 25 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Muffins.
