Peanut butter fudge



  • sugar - 2 c
  • vanilla - 1 Tbsp
  • evaporated milk - 3/4 c
  • margarine - 1 Tbsp
  • peanut butter - 3/4 c

How to make peanut butter fudge:

Boil sugar and evaporated milk until soft ball forms in cold water. Add margarine, vanilla and peanut butter. Beat the ingredients until you get a good spreading consistency. Spread on greased cookie sheet or platter. Fudge can be cut and served or can be refrigerated.
