Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- evaporated milk - 1 c
- margarine - 3 Tbsp
- peanut butter - 12 oz
- mini marshmallows - 1 c
How to make peanut butter fudge:
Put sugar, margarine and milk into a cold electric skillet. Set temperature to 280°. Boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Turn off skillet and add marshmallows, peanut butter and vanilla. Stir until melted and blended in. Pour into buttered pan and cool.Recipe categories: Desserts, Candy, Fudge.
