Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 3 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • evaporated milk - 2/3 c
  • margarine - 3/4 c
  • peanut butter - 2 c
  • jar Marshmallow Creme - 1 oz

How to make microwave peanut butter fudge:

Microwave margarine 1 minute. Add milk and sugar; mix well. Microwave 5 minutes. Stir after 3 minutes. Stir again, then microwave 5 minutes longer. Remove from microwave, then add all remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour into a buttered 13 x 9-inch pan. Cool at room temperature; cut into squares. Makes 3 pounds.
