- vanilla - 1 item
- evaporated milk - 2/3 c
- margarine - 3/4 c
- peanut butter - 1 c
- nuts if desired - 1 c
- Marshmallow Creme - 7, or
How to make peanut butter fudge:
In a heavy 2 1/2-quart saucepan, combine milk, sugar and margarine; bring to a full boil, stirring constantly to prevent scorching. Reduce to medium heat. Boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add peanut butter, Marshmallow Creme, vanilla and nuts; beat until well blended.
