Peanut butter fudge
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- light corn syrup - 1/2 c
- milk - 1/2 c
- peanut butter crunchy or smooth - 1 c
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
How to make peanut butter fudge:
Combine sugar, corn syrup and milk in saucepan and cook until mixture reaches soft ball stage. Remove from heat. Add peanut butter, butter and vanilla. Beat until cool. Pour into buttered pan or dish. When cold, cut into squares.Recipe categories: Desserts, Candy, Fudge.
