- Bisquick - 3 c
- granulated sugar - 1 c
- packed brown sugar - 1 c
- softened butter - 1/4 c
- eggs - 4 item
- can pumpkin - 1 oz
- pumpkin pie spice
- milk - 1/4 c
- powdered sugar
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
How to make pumpkin ring:
Glaze:1 c. powdered sugar1 Tbsp. milk1/2 tsp. vanilla Heat oven to 350°. Grease and flour 12 cup Bundt pan or tube pan. Beat together Bisquick, sugar, brown sugar, butter, eggs, pumpkin, pie spice and milk on for 30 seconds. Scrape bowl constantly. Beat on medium speed for 3 minutes; scrape bowl occasionally. Spread in pan and bake about 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pan; cool completely.Glaze: Beat powdered sugar, milk and vanilla until well blended. Drizzle over cooled cake.
