Peach parfait pie

Ingredients/Components

• vanilla ice cream - 1 pt
• lemon gelatin - 3 oz
• baked pie crust - 1 item
• hot water or use part peach juice and water - 1 c
• small can peaches, cut small or 3 fresh peaches, covered with sugar set aside - 1 item

How to make peach parfait pie:

Dissolve gelatin in water. Add peaches to jello. Melt ice cream enough so it can be whipped into thick cream. Add to jello mixture. Pour into baked pie shell.
