Ingredients/Components
- vanilla ice cream - 1 pt
- lemon gelatin - 3 oz
- baked pie crust - 1 item
- hot water or use part peach juice and water - 1 c
- small can peaches, cut small or 3 fresh peaches, covered with sugar set aside - 1 item
How to make peach parfait pie:
Dissolve gelatin in water. Add peaches to jello. Melt ice cream enough so it can be whipped into thick cream. Add to jello mixture. Pour into baked pie shell.Recipe categories: Pie, Pies and tarts, Frozen desserts.
