- jar marshmallow cream - 1 oz
- Oreo pie crust - 1 item
- mint extract - 1 tsp
- to 6 drops green food coloring - 4 item
- prepared light whipped topping - 2 c
How to make grasshopper pie:
In a large bowl, gradually stir whipped topping into marshmallow cream. Stir in mint extract and food coloring; fold in mints. Spoon into crust. Freeze until firm, at least 4 hours or overnight.
