  • eggs - 5 item
  • coconut
  • buttermilk - 3/4 c
  • stick margarine, melted - 1 item
  • frozen pie shells - 2 item

How to make buttermilk coconut pie:

Add all ingredients to melted margarine. Remove pie shells from original foil pans and place in Pyrex pie plates or heavy pie pan. Pour mixture into shells. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
