Ingredients/Components

  • sour cream - 1 c
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • sherry optional - 2 3
  • boneless chicken breasts - 4 item
  • slices bacon - 4 item
  • dried beef - 1 pkg
  • small can mushrooms, drained optional - 1 item

How to make party chicken:

Place dried beef in pan. Wrap 1 piece of bacon around each breast and place on top of beef. Mix together soup, sour cream, mushrooms and sherry. Pour over chicken breasts. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake, uncovered, in low oven at 250° for 1 1/2 hours. Delicious.
