Parmesan chicken
Ingredients/Components
- boneless chicken breast halves - 4 item
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- Italian bread crumbs - 1 c
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- Mozzarella cheese - 8 oz
- cooking oil - 1/4 c
- favorite spaghetti sauce - 1 item
How to make parmesan chicken:
Flatten chicken breasts with meat mallet. Dip into egg and coat with mixture of bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Heat oil in skillet and brown chicken on both sides. Pour spaghetti sauce into an 11 x 7-inch baking dish. Place chicken on top of sauce, then sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese and then Mozzarella cheese.
