Chicken enchiladas
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- can milk - 1 item
- onion, diced - 1/2 item
- whole chicken - 1 item
- cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
- large flour tortillas - 1 item
- can mild green chilies - 1 item
- block mild Cheddar cheese, shredded - 16 oz
How to make chicken enchiladas:
Boil in salt water the chicken; cool and debone. Set aside. Heat all chicken soup, milk, green chilies, onion, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Set aside. Layer in 2-quart casserole dish, lightly greased, large flour tortillas, chicken soup mixture and grated cheese. Layer until all ingredients are used up. Top with cheese.
