- uncooked rice
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- can onion soup - 1 item
- to 8 pieces chicken - 6 item
How to make chicken in casserole:
Mix soups, water and rice in small roaster. Lay pieces of chicken, skin side up, on mixture. Salt and pepper to taste. Cover pan tightly. Bake at 325° for 1 1/2 hours. Remove cover and bake at 450° for 20 minutesRecipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
