Paprika potatoes
Ingredients/Components
- butter or margarine - 1/2 c
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- flour - 1/4 c
- paprika - 1 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- medium potatoes, peeled and quartered - 6 item
- pinch of garlic salt or onion salt - 1 item
How to make paprika potatoes:
Melt butter in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Combine the next 6 ingredients in a large plastic bag; set aside. Rinse potatoes under cold water; drain well. Place half of the potatoes in the bag; shake well to coat. Place in a single layer in baking dish (pan). Repeat with remaining potatoes. Bake, uncovered at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes or until tender, turning once after 30 minutes. Yields 4 to 6 servings."Country Magazine" recipe.
