  • sour cream - 2 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • butter, melted - 1/2 c
  • onions, chopped - 1/2 c
  • cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
  • Cheddar cheese, grated - 2 c
  • dash of black pepper - 1 item
  • frozen hash browns - 2 lb
  • dash of garlic salt optional - 1 item
  • corn flakes, slightly crushed

How to make potato casserole:

Topping:3 c. corn flakes, slightly crushed1/2 c. butter, melted Mix first 7 ingredients together and place in large, oblong pan or dish. Mix butter with corn flakes and spread over casserole.
