Ingredients/Components

  • butter or margarine - 1 Tbsp
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • flour - 1 Tbsp
  • lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
  • dry mustard - 1 tsp
  • paprika - 1 item
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 tsp
  • mayonnaise - 1/2 c
  • can crab meat - 12 oz
  • milk or cream - 1/2 c
  • minced onion, sauteed, then cooled - 1 Tbsp

How to make crab imperial:

Make sauce. Save out 3 tablespoons sauce mix, stir in 12 ounce can crab meat. Put in 1 quart casserole. Top with "saved out" sauce. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake 10 minutes at 400°. Serves 4 to 6.
