Oven fried potatoes
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1/4 c
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1 2
- fine bread crumbs - 1 item
- large baking potatoes unpeeled - 4 item
How to make oven fried potatoes:
Wash and scrub potatoes. Cut lengthwise into halves or quarters. Combine ingredients; dip each half or quarter into mixture. Place in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Bake 1 hour at 375°. Spoon remaining mixture over potatoes and sprinkle with fine bread crumbs.For microwave method: Prepare as directed. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or more. Check for doneness. If desired, place under broiler for a few seconds to crisp. Watch closely.
