Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1/4 c
- paprika - 1/4 tsp
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1 2
- large baking potatoes unpeeled - 4 item
How to make oven fried potatoes:
Wash unpeeled potatoes and cut lengthwise into 4 wedges. Place skin side down in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish or pan. Combine remaining ingredients and brush over potatoes. Bake at 375° for 1 hour, brushing with oil/cheese mixture every 15 minutes. Turn potatoes over for the last 15 minutes. Yield: 4 servings.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Potato, Vegetables.
