Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1/4 c
- paprika - 1/4 tsp
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1 Tbsp
- to 5 medium potatoes - 3 item
How to make oven fried potatoes:
Wash potatoes well. Cut each into 1/8-inch wedges. Place wedges slightly overlapping in a single layer in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Combine the other ingredients. Brush potatoes with half the mixture. Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 45 minutes, basting occasionally with remaining mixture. Yields 4 to 6 servings.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Potato, Vegetables.
