- salt - 1/2 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1/4 c
- paprika - 1/4 tsp
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1 Tbsp
- medium potatoes - 3 item
How to make oven-fried potatoes:
Scrub potatoes and cut each into 1/8-inch wedges. Place wedges slightly overlapping in a single layer in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Combine remaining ingredients, stirring well. Brush potatoes with half of the oil mixture. Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 45 minutes, basting occasionally with remaining seasoned oil mixture.
