Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- paprika - 1/2 tsp
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 2 Tbsp
- large unpeeled baking potatoes - 8 item
How to make oven fried potatoes:
Cut each potato into 8 wedges. Arrange potato wedges, peel side down, in 2 shallow baking pans. Mix other ingredients and brush over potatoes. Bake at 375° for 45 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown and tender, brushing occasionally with oil mixture. Yield: 8 servings.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Potato, Vegetables.
