  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • melted butter - 1/2 c
  • all-purpose flour - 3/4 c
  • paprika - 1 tsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • corn meal - 1/2 c

How to make oven fried chicken:

Cut chickens into pieces. Place flour, corn meal, salt, pepper and paprika in paper sack. Shake until well mixed. Place 2 pieces of chicken in flour sack at a time. Shake so that all chicken is coated well. Put the melted butter in bottom of baking dish. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Turn chicken several times during baking time.
