Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- soda - 1/2 tsp
- margarine - 1 c
- light corn syrup - 1/2 c
- whole nuts
- cooked popcorn - 8 qt
How to make oven caramel corn:
Place corn in a roaster pan. Place margarine, sugar, corn syrup and salt in a saucepan. Boil 5 minutes. Stir in vanilla and soda. Pour over popcorn in roaster and stir. Bake at 250° for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, Gluten Free.
