- cream cheese - 8 oz
- eggs - 2 item
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- small onion, finely chopped - 1 item
- mashed potatoes - 2 c
- French fried onion rings - 1 item
How to make onion mashed potatoes:
Combine everything but onion rings and beat until blended. Beat at high speed until creamy and smooth. Layer with onion rings. Bake, uncovered, at 300° for 25 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
