Onion-cheese bread

- milk - 1/2 c
- butter or margarine - 1 Tbsp
- butter or margarine, melted - 1 Tbsp
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- biscuit mix
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- shredded sharp Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- chopped parsley - 2 Tbsp
How to make onion-cheese bread:
Melt 1 tablespoon butter in small skillet; add onion and cook until transparent. Combine onion, biscuit mix, parsley, egg, 1/2 cup cheese and milk, stirring just until moistened. Spoon into a lightly greased 8-inch square baking pan; sprinkle with remaining cheese. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon melted butter. Bake at 400° for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
