Poppy seed bread
Ingredients/Components
- coconut - 1/2 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- warm water - 1 c
- poppy seed - 1/4 c
- eggs, slightly beaten - 4 item
- box SuperMoist cake mix yellow or butter - 1 item
- instant coconut cream or vanilla pudding
How to make poppy seed bread:
Grease and flour pans, 5 mini or 2 large loaf pans. Toast coconut in shallow baking pan in 350° oven for 7 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned, stirring frequently. Set aside. Mix together cake mix, pudding, water, eggs and oil. Mix for 1 minute. Add poppy seed and coconut. Pour into pans. Bake in 350° oven. Five mini loaf pans, bake about 30 minutes. Two large loaf pans, bake about 45 to 60 minutes. Done when knife comes out clean.Recipe categories: Low protein, Breads, Low in....
