Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- stick margarine - 1/2 item
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- pepper to taste - 1 item
- Vidalia onions - 4 c
- cornbread stuffing mix plain or herb
How to make onion casserole:
Cook onions and margarine until onions are transparent. Mix other ingredients and place in a 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Mix stuffing with 2 tablespoons margarine and spread over casserole. Bake in oven at 300° until bubbly and brown.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Side dish, Casseroles.
