  • sour cream - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • stick margarine - 1/2 item
  • margarine - 2 Tbsp
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • pepper to taste - 1 item
  • Vidalia onions - 4 c
  • cornbread stuffing mix plain or herb

How to make onion casserole:

Cook onions and margarine until onions are transparent. Mix other ingredients and place in a 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Mix stuffing with 2 tablespoons margarine and spread over casserole. Bake in oven at 300° until bubbly and brown.
