Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• eggs - 2 item
• salt - 1 tsp
• shortening - 1 c
• plain flour - 2 c
• ground oatmeal - 2 c
• ground raisins - 2 c
• soda dissolved in hot water - 1 tsp

How to make norwegian cookies:

Mix all ingredients. Roll into balls and place 2-inches apart on baking sheet. Bake 12 to 15 minutes in 350° oven.
