Nantucket cranberry pie
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- flour - 1 c
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- almond extract - 1 tsp
- margarine, melted - 3/4 c
- nut meats - 1/2 c
- raw cranberries whole - 2 c
How to make nantucket cranberry pie:
Grease a 9-inch pie tin. Put raw cranberries into the greased pie tin. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup sugar and nut meats. Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl and pour over cranberry mixture.
