Nantucket cranberry pie
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- flour - 1 c
- almond extract - 1 tsp
- beaten eggs - 2 item
- melted butter or margarine - 3/4 c
- chopped walnuts or pecans - 1/2 c
- raw cranberries - 2 c
How to make nantucket cranberry pie:
Mix the first 3 ingredients and place in bottom of greased 10-inch pie plate. Mix the remaining ingredients and pour over top of cranberries.
