Mushroom wine sauce
Ingredients/Components
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- whipping cream - 1/2 c
- lemon juice
- chicken broth - 1/2 c
- dry white wine - 1/4 c
- mushrooms, sliced
- Dash white pepper - 1 item
How to make mushroom wine sauce:
Saute mushrooms in butter. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer 7 minutes or until slightly thickened. Great with chicken. Use beef broth and red wine or burgundy wine for beef.Recipe categories: Time to make, < 30 mins.
