Mushroom wine sauce



Ingredients/Components
- butter or margarine - 2 Tbsp
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- small onion, finely chopped - 1 item
- cloves garlic, chopped - 2 item
- box fresh mushrooms, sliced - 1 item
- dry red wine or cooking wine - 3/4 c
- beef bouillon, room temperature - 3/4 c
How to make mushroom wine sauce:
Saute onion and garlic in butter until onion turns yellow. Add mushrooms; saute approximately 5 minutes. Add flour; stir and cook 1 to 2 minutes. Add bouillon and wine. Stir and simmer for a few minutes. May be used over chopped sirloin steak, hamburger steaks, sliced London broils, etc.Recipe categories: < 30 mins, Time to make.
