  • milk - 1 c
  • coconut - 14 oz
  • chocolate chips
  • cream - 1/2 c
  • large marshmallows - 24 item
  • stick oleo - 1 item
  • chopped almonds - 1 c
  • baked chocolate cake, in 9 x 13-inch pan - 1 item

How to make almond joy cake:

Bring to boil 1 cup milk and 1 cup sugar. Add marshmallows and coconut; pour on cake while hot. Mix sugar, cream, butter and almonds. Let mixture come to a boil. Add 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips. Spread over coconut mixture while cake is still warm.
