  • sugar - 1 c
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • molasses - 1 c
  • Crisco oil - 1 c
  • ginger heaping - 2 tsp
  • hot water with 2 tsp - 1/2 c

How to make molasses cookies:

Add enough flour to make stiff dough. Roll into small balls. Place on baking sheet and press down with tumbler dipped in sugar. Bake at 350° for 6 to 8 minutes.
