Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- granulated sugar - 1/2 c
- flour - 3/4 c
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- water - 1/2 c
- lemon juice - 2 tsp
How to make apple crisp:
Arrange apples in greased casserole (or 9-inch square pan). Sprinkle with water and lemon juice. Spoon flour (not sifted) into measuring cup, level off and pour into a bowl. Add sugar and cinnamon to flour and stir until well blended. Cut in butter until it resembles coarse meal. Spoon evenly over apples. Bake at 375° for 40 to 50 minutes.
