  • sugar - 1 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour
  • cornstarch
  • cold water - 1/2 c
  • baking powder - 3 tsp
  • Crisco - 6 Tbsp
  • raspberries or blueberries - 3 c

How to make raspberry squares:

Crumb Mixture:3 c. flour1 c. sugar6 Tbsp. Crisco1 tsp. salt3 tsp. baking powder2 eggs Combine filling ingredients and cook over medium heat until shiny. Cool.

Mix crumb mixture ingredients, except eggs, on medium speed; add 2 eggs. Spread half of mixture on bottom of greased 9 x 12-inch cake pan. Pour filling over, then spread rest of mixture on top and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
