Ingredients/Components
- lime juice - 1 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 1/3 c
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- chili sauce - 2 Tbsp
- horseradish - 2 tsp
- clove garlic, chopped - 1 item
- fresh cilantro - 2 Tbsp
- drops red pepper sauce - 6 item
- nonfat plain yogurt - 1 c
- can asparagus cuts, drained - 1 oz
- finely seeded and chopped tomato about 1 large - 1 c
- nonfat mayo or salad dressing - 2 Tbsp
How to make mock guacamole:
Mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Makes about 1 cup dip. Serving per tablespoon contains 7 calories and 0 gm fat.Recipe categories: Sauces, Dips, Salsas.
