Sweet tomato relish

Ingredients/Components

• ripe tomatoes, peeled and quartered - 1 gal
• onions, finely chopped - 1 pt
• bell peppers, chopped - 1 doz
• hot peppers, chopped - 1/2 doz
• cinnamon - 1 Tbsp
• sugar - 2 c
• white vinegar - 2 c
• salt - 6 tsp

How to make sweet tomato relish:

Combine all ingredients in a large pot and boil 10 minutes. Spoon into jars and seal. Eat with vegetables or meat.
