- cans mixed vegetables - 2 item
- lima beans, cooked
- chopped celery - 1 c
- diced onion - 1/2 c
- slices bacon, fried and crumbled - 4 item
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- grated cheese - 1 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- crushed Ritz crackers - 1 pkg
How to make mixed vegetable casserole:
Place vegetables in a buttered casserole dish. Add mayonnaise and grated cheese; toss to mix. Melt margarine and pour over vegetables. Add crumbled bacon and Ritz cracker crumbs for topping. Bake 20 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Casseroles.
