Ingredients/Components

  • grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • mayo - 1 c
  • can onion rings - 1 item
  • cans Veg-All - 2 item
  • onion, chopped finely - 1/2 item
  • can cream of celery or cream of mushroom soup - 1 item

How to make mixed vegetable casserole:

Drain Veg-All and pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole. Mix soup, mayo, onions and cheese and layer on top of veggies. Bake at 325° until bubbly, about 25 minutes. Top with onion rings and bake 5 to 10 more minutes (until onion rings brown slightly).
